The purpose of this project was to take an old model of mine and apply 8k scanned texture maps in V-Ray. The fabric and leather textures were scanned and created by Sebastian Zapata at Friendly Shade while the blonde suede was created out of Substance. Textures and materials included Albedo, Normal, Reflection, Glossiness, and Displacement Maps. A bit of editing in the textures and material graphs were needed to get the final desired look. The renders were created at 4K so make sure to zoom in to appreciate the detail!
The shoe models were modeled and unwrapped in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, rendered out of 3DS Max using V-Ray, and composited using Photoshop and Lightroom.
